Enroll in Community Programs

Once you have discussed your needs with your HTLP State Director and a program has been customized for you, please enroll here using the account information (username and password). If you have not already done so, please sign up for an account.
Please fill out the following form to enroll your group in the Community Program.
If you need assistance in completing the enrollment process, or wish to enroll for a program outside the Lower 48 United States, please contact us or call us at 407-239-9223, ext. 232.
